Beginner ue5 gamedev, working on a psychedelic/surreal/weird fps called Wonderland.
Haven't posted in awhile, but Wonderland is steadily chugging along. Implementing a backup weapon system, where the player can quickly switch to a backup instead of reloading in a tight spot. Some of the old armory will be moved to this role, but here's a new one also. #gamedev #indiegame #blender

So, I've a lot of guns (22 by my count!) ready for Wonderland, modelled and animated (many share anims though). A key part of a FPS experience are the weapon sounds though, and that's where I've zero experience. Any sound designers who'd be interested in helping out? #gamedev #gameaudio #sounddesign

New gameplay footage of Wonderland (finally)! Gravity was super glitchy in my build, so hired a coder to do the gravity implementation and he's done a fantastic job! Can't wait to start building on this. Also some footage of the players "Gravity sync" ability.

What's a movie you think is perfect?

I've a ton of films I can find no fault in, but In the Mood For Love is just something that reveals something new on every watch. For the longest time Chungking Express was my favorite of WKWs work, but recently I've definitely started to prefer this.

Lowpoly for Stgw-57 done! Around 30k tris. This was one of the fiddliest things I've modelled. Some really weird shapes. Happy with the result, next I'll add some more detail for the hipoly. Hope to have this ingame soon, big things coming for Wonderland. #gamedev #blender #3dart #unrealengine

throwback #screenshotsaturday - back in the days, I was in the Redeemedsoft team, who did The Opera HL mod, based on HK action films. I did most (all?) of the weapon textures and a bunch of the character textures. I dunno if people remember this one, but it was pretty cool. #halflife #hlmod

a very small update, but I finally redid the textures for the Skorpion (aka klobb). Was one of the first guns put ingame, but the temp textures looked horrible. Weapon textures are pretty far down the list of what makes a good game, but happy it looks decent anyways now. #gamedev #indiedev #blender

Worked some on the Thompson Contender animations for Wonderland. They're not entirely finished, but it's a pretty satisfying gun anyways to use.
