Wait that is so brilliant, I had originally started making this project with the idea of sending kind messages between people but didn't want to deal with the moderation. Glad to see that someone else had gotten there first!

Not a lawyer, but a license is considered the list of rights you grant someone. Unfortunately, releasing something without a license is saying the user isn't granted anything.
Perhaps instead try the CC0 which does its best to give away all rights to the public!

On the bright side, I've fixed most of the bugs and have made it so that you can now pet the bird on touch screen devices
