Just noticed this on my Windows 10 22H2 box:

In the Settings app, under Devices, Spelling, looks like there are auto-complete settings and a "How has AI helped you" section with a "Typing insights" linked section. I turned off "Typing Insights" when I found it but Spelling Corrections showed "1"
