Gotta go with Deathsmiles as it got me into the genre.

I have pretty quickly gone from "Oh darn, my computer can't run Win 11" to feeling like I'm dodging a bullet. When I build a new computer...sometime...probably....eventually, I would have to think real hard about putting Windows on it. At very least dual boot only for the things that require it.

Devil Blade Reboot. The beginner mode is pretty easy, but there are incentives to play riskier for higher scores and then higher difficulties for even more score. It also has a banging soundtrack and is just cool as hell.

Also the big copper piece is an RF shield so the corrosion on it isn't likely a big deal. At the very least probably not preventing it from working.
