The problem is that I am already in bed, so I basically pass out the moment I am comfortable.

Turns out he did have a minor stroke so it was a good thing we checked despite his protests he was fine.

We did end up going to the show at a later date. But I can't remember if I had to pay for new tickets or if I was able to get them transferred in the end.

The ticket service got back to us saying it was fine but to confirm before the show start if we weren't going to make it so they could process the cancellation.

However the email went to the Updates folder and so it never triggered the notification on my phone so I missed it entirely.

Seriously, years ago I emailed a ticket service for a refund or request to change tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show we were going to that night because we thought Blossom's dad may have had a minor stroke so we went to check first and if it was a false alarm we'd still go.
