Smol in space and in time :-) One orbit of the sun around the galactic centre takes 225 million years (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galacti...). 225 million years ago was bang in the middle of the Triassic, with all the land mass gathered into one continent, Pangea (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triassic).

I saw an article written soon after they were introduced which gave the impression of wanting to find universal opposition. The conclusion hidden away at the bottom, was that people were in favour of them where they lived, but not where other people lived.

Our biggest remaining natural resources are wind and tidal power. Economic nationalism would point to using those, surely. Why not use Quebec as an example rather than Texas, which has over 90% of its electricity generated by hydropower?
