The High Court challenge of the social media ban (to be heard in February) is arguing that the legislation infringes the implied right to political communication:
Banning under-16s from social media may be unconstitutional – and ripe for High Court challenge

Appeals processes are forcing people to use Government ID and websites that are exempt are forcing users to go through age verification when you said otherwise for both those things
