A Target store lost power for 10 hours. Many carts of frozen food had to be thrown away as garbage. In the US nearly 40% of food goes uneaten. It is a waste of resources used to grow this food.

NTSB is saying that radio issue may have caused collision between jet and helicopter in Wash DC. Recording shows helicopter did not receive transmission from tower.

Non-smokers are getting lung cancer at higher rates than smokers. Women at higher rates than men. Believed that air pollution in manufacturing areas of China is the cause. Pollution is so bad that it is visible.
