I wanted something different for Easter dinner (also, prime rib was ridiculously expensive this year) and so, applewood smoked leg of lamb! Went with a dijon-horseradish sauce, and it wound up being extremely reminiscent of a prime rib, but like a sixth of the price.

- Mesh is great as always
