Three years ago today. The Methadones, fronted by punk rock legend Dan Vapid. They’re one of my “Mount Rushmore” bands. At the Cobra Lounge in Chicago, capacity 143. They play live once every few years and my brother and I were able to go. My favorite show I’ve ever been to. #punkrock #punk

When it comes to football, I’ll throw my own dog in. She got to go with me to visit my dad on the farm Friday night. This was her running away from me when I told her it was time to go home. I say I’m ready to run away from the rest of the season but I know I’ll be watching every week.

My baby girl turned 22 today. I’ve probably spent more time with her over the last 365 days than anyone else and I wouldn’t change it for the world. Here’s our victory shot after the Thunder won the NBA Championship. I’m so fortunate for the relationships I have with both of my kids.

What a fun show last night. One big singalong. Spike and the Gimme Gimmes can make any song slap. They did opened with Dolly Parton, did Madonna, Johnny Cash, John Denver, ABBA, Olivia Rodrigo, The Beach Boys, and lots of others. This clip is Boyz 2 Men.
