Half marathon number seven complete and I’m happy with how I ran. Goal was 2:00, finished at 1:57:19. Didn’t get up with my pacer to start so I had to wade through a ton of traffic the first few miles. #runnersofbluesky #running

I come away from tonight’s game super impressed with the Phoenix Suns. Great to see another Thunder win but they had to fight like hell all 48 minutes.

Usually the day after running a timed event means a rest day but I felt good after the Hawkeye game and looking at the forecast I figured I’d get a short one in. 3.5 miles at a great pace and heart rate gets me closer to the goal of 600 miles in 2025. Up to 578.1 so it should be easy. #running
