The CURRENT sitting MP for Clacton earns £511,000 as a presenter for GB News and took £281,000 as a brand ambassador for Direct Bullion.

So maybe sit this one out, you rancid herring.

Heading home from Goa. We are in the “five hours in Mumbai airport” phase.

I have learned that Mumbai Airport has the worst signage in the world that I have encountered. Also people push in front of you at any opportunity.

Also, 3am starts make me cranky.

Reading a great book on Coaching and came across this passage. How it resonates with what is happening in the UK these days.

Despite record rainfall for October, Goa is still a beautiful and magical place to visit.

But it’d be nice if the rain gods pissed off now. Thanks.

This is Sophie, one of the many dogs cared for at the guest house we’re staying at in Goa.

Sophie likes to be petted. If you stop petting her she wants to know why and for service to be resumed at once.

Despite it being a bit rainy and the mosquitoes a bit bitey India is not disappointing. Great trip around Old Goa and Panjim yesterday. Today is a designated reading and snoozing day. Later in the week will be waterfalls and markets and more bitey insects.

We’re in India having a wonderful time. However, despite layering on the anti-mozzy stuff those ninja little bastards are eating me at every opportunity. Not the husband, he’s fine.

So other than wearing a layer of clingfilm, how do I keep the evil mosquitoes at bay?

I’m looking for some friendly Bsky advice!

I’m in the process of starting a (very) small business and trying to set up a website. I’m a novice! I’ve bagged the domain, but what’s the most affordable way for a noobie like me to get a site up and running?

Thank you 😊

Another reason why #LongCovid is shit.

I’m studying for a couple of qualifications to get me back into the workplace after LC killed my teaching career. I’ve just completed a unit and assessment of one of these courses - took 4 hours and I honestly feel like my head has been physically assaulted

Does anyone else have clothes they bought for previous attempts at #exercise?

My GP has been brilliant with my Long Covid care, so it appalls me that others are being gaslit instead of helped. Is it not enough to have your life upended? Must people battle for care as well?
