Some of its reserved by the bios, usually not very much but if you have an igpu then it can be a few hundred MB I think

its amazing that ms has made 1 trillion ui frameworks just for none of them to be good and everyone just keeps using winforms because it "just works" and isnt too awful

At work one of our software builds got flagged by defender for some reason and all the old people were freaking out in the meeting asking why we had malware in the software but the detection was some generic ml crap

i remember trying to look into reticulum when it first got popular on twitter a while ago but it was all written in python and was somewhat confusing so i never ended up doing anything with it, has it gotten any less confusing recently or is it skill issue on my part?
