Man windows is such an abysmal dogshit operating system, I just wasted like 2 hours trying to figure out why my git lfs uploads were so slow on my server and it turns out there's just something fucked in windows because it uploaded fast in wsl

is there a rate limit on resolving did docs on plc.directory ? I'm trying to build my own did resolution cache and when i get to testing it i just want to consume the firehose and resolve every did seen but that would be like 400-600 requests per second and thats kind of a lot.
