I've finally found some information about Kei Furutsuki / ふるつき景, illustrator who worked on several Compile games in the late 80s. The bad news is that he died of liver cancer on 3 December 2010.

Just started Paranormasight and it sure does bolt out of the gate with the premise. Wasn’t expecting so much mechanic driven storytelling but looking forward to continuing.

Four games I've worked on. Certainly learned a lot -- I'll keep at it.

Found a fun bug in Baroque on PS2 and am now just trying to imagine a roguelike designed around this intentionally. Each hallway and room on the minimap making more of the game space viewable.

Post a random game in your collection, here on Saturday.

Etrian Odyssey 3 sure did go above and beyond. Fun class refreshes and character build options on top of what already made the series great. The boat section is alright too.

Phew, finally beat the Shadow of Yim boss in Fantasian! Pretty tight fight with some good phases. Tan’s sweep and was more effective than I thought.

Let’s see if I can defeat Apple Arcade before the Switch release.

Loved these systems! Got back into happening upon cartridges and focusing through some great games.

Shipping them away today. Less due to amazing upscalers and mister options, and more because my mom sent me a photo of a Bubble Bobble cartridge along with "How can I play this?!"
