At the conclusion of my review, I am left with many questions about this document, but most of all I wonder about the Palm Beach "visitor" with a star next to their name.

This visitor is the final one listed; but singularly starred. This name is included, de-emphasized, and apparently important.

I reviewed the "Epstein files" released by the US DOJ yesterday.

The word "massage" does a lot of work here; both Epstein and the DOJ use it to describe the crimes.

These docs contain a redacted list of several-dozen "massage" recipients and 254 "masseuses."

This looks like a good strategy for responding to denied medical insurance claims.

Tl;dr insurers document the lies they use to deny your healthcare. Any time the denial is sloppy and you can call them on it, the insurance company may simply pay the claim. The key is to get their docs.
