I have Grandkids - so no longer use Airport Departure Lounges.
Natural History has been the unbroken story of my life.
Watching wildlife, mostly under Dorset skies.
Wrens; Greenfinches; Little Owls; Raptors & Adders are a preoccupation.
Thanks, Rob

Totally agree - politically incompetent not to have done so.

This should be on Starmer's list of 'Top 5 most important agenda items' until he's gone.
The UK's political & social weather forecast depends upon it.

Thanks Alan - so much bird behaviour still remains hidden in plain sight.

Ah! Which species of birds are we looking at, please?

The walk, on it's day, is also great for Adders, Hares, Skylarks, Swifts (cliff nesting), Peregrines, orchids and of course always, the Square & Compass.

That's just lovely - especially using the staircase. Are you in an urban environment?

It's very difficult to get widely seen here on Bluesky, using nature clips. This is my most viewed so far, but not I would argue the best clip.
#Weedypond will bring you many more.

Far from the Madding Crowd: life in the #WeedyPond goes on.

First walked this route in 1977 & so many times since.
It has a little bit (sometimes lots) of everything.
