In my ward, townhouses on the left can be built no problem, but the (less tall) 6-plex on the right is not permitted.

It's not about the housing type it's about the type of people that it would house.

It seems to me the contractor's solution to a complaint to 311 is to dump a ton of salt. I complained about this particular spot.
