I don't understand why so many people are trying to justify taxpayers paying $400 million so a quarter of Canada Post addresses can maintain a better level of service.
As for new services, how about making the parcel service more profitable? That will take union concessions, not a strike.

The grocery stores with their reluctance to take back empties, is really not a thing. They just don't want to do it. They talk about the dirty, filthy empties, suggesting they will contaminate the food.

Finally getting my mental equilibrium back after my weekend stay at St. Michael's Hospital. In the three times I went to ER in a week, the last time for 3 days, I've encountered many nurses. What a talented and professional group. They took good care of me because I was: Patient.

Your reminder that Moderna’s newly updated COVID vaccine, targeting the LP.8.1 variant, has been approved by Health Canada and, for the first time, will be manufactured here in Canada. So I fully expect those of us who want it to be able to get it. When? I would think late October.
