New apartment coming to 4109-4113 Sheridan Ave in Linden Hills. Already causing a stir on Next Door and won't come easy. But, it replaces two old but somewhat ugly buildings and adds 13 units along a rapid bus route!

Is word of mouth getting out about how great the Orange line is? Ridership has grown and average 4.4% per month this year.

Besides the last one, I really like Meet Minneapolis' ideas for downtown! I still think we need more street trees, city involvement in filling in surface parking, and the post office turning into mixed use housing.

Plans have been released for the St. Paul Central Station development. Happy to see the initial plan is a High-Rise.

Found some amazing plans for some 1920s missing middle housing. Just wish there was one huge catalogue to see them all.

Wild that there's farms 6 miles from downtown St. Paul. The East suburbs makes no sense to me. Imagine if the St. Paul grid went all the way out to Woodbury 🤤

Would look like the St. Paul city and annex but double the height and with bigger windows (in my mind).
