As someone who used to work in Optometry, no. I’ve seen too many patients come in needing bi-focals, progressives, or readers. It’s beneficial for nearsightedness.
Just wear your eyeglasses and/or contacts.
If you wear contacts & NEVER take them out. Take them tf out before you get an ulcer 🤭
