Yeah, I'm entirely baffled by this.
Did they do anything about catching the mugger?
Doesn't sound like it. However, they do pursue the victim of the mugging, having found one of the items wasn't stolen after all, because that's in everyone's best interests, right?!

I use buffer for my work stuff - you can only have 3 social media accounts for free and frustratingly Bluesky doesn't like video only still images, but it works.
Metricool better for everything else though.
