I'm knitting a bag with two strands of yarn held together. The cream is hemp yarn and the dark blue is linen yarn. It's making a very rugged and dense fabric. I think it will be great when it is finished, although it is a pain to knit!

This is my second, and much larger, Sophie Shawl. What do call this colour? Shimmering ochre?! Lively grellow?! It is a strand of Malabrigo Seis Cabos, in Ochre, held together with a strand of Shibui Silk Cloud, in Pollen. They are delicious together.

Well that is a little more knitting crossed off my list. Same pattern for each pair but all knit with different wools. 🧶 On to a bigger project next!

So what are your thoughts? To pom, or not to pom? Can't quite decide. It is a present and not sure what she would prefer. 🧶 Currently thinking I will give it without and provide the option to attach the pom.
