I intuit ALL kinds of funny uses (alllll kiiiiinds of gains) for this image, and the still freeze-frame that it captures of whatever the fuck Idris Elba was doing. One-take, for sure, given the script. You wouldn't bother with a second take, good grief. Netflix certainly wouldn't be demanding it. It's just fucking hilarious to me in a pitiful, sad way. The President of the United States of America, who has walked around saying nothing to anyone except, 'How's your jump shot, citizen?' and he drops the title of the movie, ludicrously, by introducing it with: I listened to this podcast. I doubt this movie is popular or widely known enough for this to really hit as a meme, but sometimes that's the way of it. If this image just got out in the wild... well, you know. I listened to this podcast... And, to me, this is just as funny, and an important companion piece to the other. "And the guy, said, uh..." and his head is literally in his fucking hands as he says it. He's probably trying to remember this dumb, awful line that's coming up (i've got it, too; just ask), and hoping he's able to get out of there before 3:45 pm to beat traffic. Jesus, this movie sucked. Can't wait till Cinemania publishes our review so I can share it with y'all.

It's sad to me that more people didn't see this (or like it? it's sad either way), because this was, like, watershed moment for me. I was like, 'oh, my family are the bad guys, huh!' and started putting distance between myself and them (I mean, they distanced, as well, lol; it was mutual distancing, for sure) pretty much immediately thereafter. Getting hit all the time didn't help, but that was pretty normal. Sensing that what was wrong with the world was living in the same home as me was new, though.

I don't want to hear a word about spoiling anything, either. You can't spoil a good story by revealing details of its plot, and besides, what the fuck does THIS reveal to you? What do you KNOW now? It's just an incredible visual that satisfyingly and climactically concludes an episode. This is perfect television. I have, like... literally no notes. I'm just loving every second of Pluribus. Ooooh, I know Carol winds up in front of a big, blue airplane that may or may not be Air Force One, now I won't watch this incredible show because it's so ruined, wah wah. ^that's what you 'spoiler alert!' idiots sound like to me One of the rarest guys in the world: a creative genius who doesn't seem to mistreat people at all and only benefits from more and more power/control/authority/freedom/responsibility. Like... let's make Vince Gilligan president this next time around, whether he wants it or not (he doesn't), and I bet he could sort a lot of shit; he'd just find it very stressful, but I bet he'd do an incredible job at that, too. "Must you curse so much?" It's usually not put it to me quite so eruditely, but... better believe I hear this A LOT and I have since I was about 11 or 12 and felt bold enough to speak what I felt. And then once I started, I never felt less bold or empowered to speak what I felt, lol. That's been an only-upward journey. "There is a child present." But IS there, even? You'll have to watch the show. I'm not spoiling anymore. This is obviously a terrific show, though, and you simply must watch it.

I didn't want to spoil it for others, but if you know what the premise of the show is, the Indian woman asks for a show of hands who asked the pod-people what it's like to be a pod-person, and she's making a hilarious and totally-valid point about, really, Carol's inhumanity. This show is incredible. You guys have to watch it. I won't spoil it anymore. I'm convinced it's of a very-high quality.
