One of the best things former Gov Jim Hunt did was acquire land for DuPont State Forest. That was done through eminent domain- likely could not be repeated. A beautiful forest enjoyed by many North Carolinians and others throughout the US.

One of the best things former Gov Jim Hunt did was acquire land for DuPont State Forest. That was done through eminent domain- likely could not be repeated. A beautiful forest enjoyed by many North Carolinians and others throughout the US.
