This dress is a Reformation inspired dress that I created by mashing up 2 McCalls patterns: M7937 and M7971 and I love the result! It possesses a je ne said quoi quality to it and it will be a dress I’ll reach for to feel a little bit of pizzazz. 🙃

I did this thing called painting today. Heard of it? 😝 It was a paint and sip class - something I’ve always wanted to do but never actually made plans to do it. It was definitely a new experience for me and I had a blast! I would do it again. My chickadees turned out a little weird but I love it ❤️

This pair of jeans is my first finished make of 2025. I’ve been wanting to make these jeans since 2018 and I finally did it, 7 years later 🤷🏻♀️ The most valuable lesson I’m taking from this make is that I can do anything when I have the courage to simply go for it. #sewing #imakemyownclothes #courage
