Couple of days ago I’m looking at pubs that I might visit when I’m in Leeds next weekend. There’s a Spoons called the Hedley Verity. Never heard of him but judging by the interior pics he’s a cricketer. Today this pops up on the timeline.
OTD 12 July in 1932 at Headingley, Yorkshire’s slow left-armer Hedley Verity etched his name into cricketing history by taking 10 wickets for just 10 runs against Nottinghamshire. The visitors were skittled for a mere 67 in their second innings, handing Yorkshire victory by fittingly, 10 wickets.

Takes abut things the human race would be better off without are gonna involve Musk one way or another
Musk says the human race would be better off without empathy, clearly showing as a classic psychopath he has none himself, and also how he can't see everyone else in the world would be better off without him and the pain he inflicts.
