So that’ll be a ‘no’ from Starmer, then.

Really good analysis here from @britishelectionstudy.com via @ballotbox.scot. Fairly sure the importance of the economic competence issue is not lost on Starmer: maybe the flag waving culture war BS is him trying to duck that in the hope that something turns up? (That is not an excuse, of course.)

To be clear: these things didn’t just magically happen. They happened because the product is shoddy and unsafe in its design, and as a result should be withdrawn and banned.

This is just not true. No AI agent has ‘intent’, nor has it ‘got a brain’ or anything that can reasonably be described as a ‘brain’. If you work for an AI firm you surely know that to be an unhelpful and inaccurate way to describe how they work.

Good grief. Low effort research. One song does not exist and the other is not going to feature in the top five songs you’d think of when someone says Jane’s Addiction. Show this to Perry, he’ll punch someone else.

Great paragraph by @ClaremontRun
(from amazon.co.uk/Claremont-Ru...) summing up the appeal of Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler and dropping some truth about self-acceptance into the bargain.
