Thanks. I was on a Paleo type diet late last year. It definitely helped, but then the holidays happened and I fell off. However, I have at least started going to the gym 3x a week. So that's great.

Congrats on the weight loss. I also have PCOS and I've been on my own journey. I've lost 30 pounds so far but I've plateaued. It's a work in progress for sure.

Hi, I'm Jess. My grandma taught me how to sew here and there as I was growing up. She's also the one who gifted me my first sewing machine. I started sewing again a couple years ago. I still only know the basics because I keep falling in and out of the craft. But I want to sew more this year. ☺️
