Update on the Vegan chocolate chip cookies I made yesterday. They turned out to be SO yummy. Nice and chewy and gooey just like I like it. Even hubby liked it. I'd say that recipe is a win for sure. 🤤😋

Had my third boxing class tonight. It was WAY harder than the last one. But I did surprise myself by being able to squat 60 pounds. I haven't ever really lifted weights like that so that was insane for me at least. I'm definitely sore tonight lol, but I did it! 🥊🙌

I survived my 2nd boxing class tonight. There was a lady coach teaching class tonight. And I think her class was WAY harder than the one I took on Wednesday with the guy coach. And his class was pretty tough for a newbie like me at least. But her class was crazy. I did it though, so there's that. 🥊

Kicked off my 2025 with joining a boxing gym. Never done anything like this before but I needed something new to excite me to want to workout again. Tonight was my first class, a full 45 minutes of boxing and circuit training and I DID IT! I'm exhausted but I'm proud of myself for doing this.🥊❤️

I made homemade hot chocolate for the first time. I didn't have any hot cocoa mix on hand, but I did have unsweetened cocoa powder. So I found a good recipe online and made it. So yummy!!! Thick and rich hot chocolate the way I like it. Saved me from my chocolate craving. 🤤

Took my ride or die Mochi with me to Starbucks this week. She loves car rides, but hates when I take pictures, hence the sass lol. It's okay though because she got a pup cup too. 😆

Our girl was randomly cuddly last night. She got in hubby's lap and wouldn't move for a good 10 minutes lol. He was trying to eat dinner and Mochi was not having it. 😆
