I thought that they passed a bill eliminating that requirement this year for jobs that didn’t have driving as a primary duty.

Erica, do you know what piece of legislation allows this type of budget manipulation/reconciliation?
It feels like it’s disempowering the voters’ will who passed Jumpstart because they thought it would fund food vouchers, cash assistance, rental assistance, and affordable housing.
