What do you mean by "in tech"? Do you mean literally everyone? This seems rather mean-spirited.

We're trying to take a different approach: less focus on saying how much we're committed to free speech, more on giving people a package with what they need to be autonomous online. This package is the Envoy, our personal server.

Coeus is like a browser, but with the built-in ability to create and publish, and to combine, seamlessly, text from multiple sources.

Envoy is a server: your server.

Hypercosm is like the Web, but with completely decentralized data and the ability to visualize the overall structure of information.

The closest thing to HSM around today is of course the Web.

3. The Hypercosm is the sum of everything people publish on their Envoys, an interconnected, compatible, federated system of information, edging closer and closer to mapping the sum of human knowledge.

2. Envoy is our personal server. Typically, today, we store our personal data and publish our ideas via organizations vulnerable to government interference and hacking, and who act in their own interest. Envoy is a server that gets your ideas out there on your own terms.

HSM has three distinct parts. 1. Coeus is our app: it lets you retrieve, read, arrange, remix, interconnect text and other media, just as you work with ideas in your mind. Creating and publishing is just as natural as retrieving and reading.

Practically, it's a system, and the philosophy behind it, that lets you express and store your ideas no differently to how they're structured in your mind, on a global, compatible medium, where users control their own data.

Hyperstructure is a different perspective on the same idea, referring instead to structure with freedom of choice. Every piece of hypermedia has a hyperstructure; every hyperstructure pertains to some hypermedium.

HSM stands for Hyperstructure Hypermedia (the second "h" left out). "Hypermedia" is media with choice, where more than one path is valid. Hypertext but for all media types.
