I’m working on a commission that is recreating the style of an art piece someone already owns. I knew the cephalopod was nakey but it took me this far in to realize he still has a helmet and I did not account for that with this lion’s pose 😭 struggling but making it work! #art #audhd #audhdartistq

Our guests we’ve had this weekend, people we don’t know very well, just left our house. Naturally I’ve already jumped around a bunch, made silly voices, wrapped myself in a blanket, and am now flopped onto the couch with my ipad. Masking is so exhausting, unmasking is such a relief. #autism #audhd

This hit me like a gut punch 😭 As an #autistic person, thinking I had a couple more hours and then being met with this is messing with my brain so bad. I knew it was coming but feeling like that last goodbye was ripped away is tough. I’m just praying I can keep my #artbusiness afloat now.

A disabled person might be “able” to do one thing on one day.

Maybe they wanted to.
Maybe they had no choice and had to.

What it does not mean, is that they’re suddenly able to do it all the time, or that it’ll be “easier next time”.

“Able” is repeatedly, reliably, and safely.

I carry around mini stickers of my regular sized designs to give out to people as marketing for my art and sticker business. This is my first time printing this froggy who has fallen and can’t get up in mini form, and somehow these being so tiny makes him even more adorable pathetic 😂 h e l p!

As an autistic person, change (even good change!) is scary as heck. I’ve known I need to figure out what to do in other social media spaces for a long time now 😅 And yet I avoided it because the idea of learning new algorithms was just so exhausting 😬 But I’m here and glad to be!
