ok, played around & ended up here:
Use this image as a template. Image size is 94x27.5mm (scale this however you want in pixels) Pink & Blue bars are cut off when bluesky crops. Desktop crop- Pink. Mobile crop -blue (pixel 7 anyways). Generally, don't put anything in the colored zones.
