Before I came to Roosevelt I worked at MEF Associates on contracts including this one for The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families assessing the feasibility of a state child allowance. My colleagues have now released the final report!

Anthony Douglas, 67, and Franklyn Dominguez, 35, were pronounced dead after they were found unresponsive in their respective cells at the Ossining prison. The deaths happened as corrections officers continued a wildcat strike at more than two dozen prisons across the state
