Patients praised friendly staff, a welcoming environment, and quality care.

You can call 0800 028 0077 or 111 for mental health help in Derbyshire.

There's been suggestions that this could change to one route through NHS 111. The 111 message says “press 2 if you’re in crisis” - could that wording put people off calling for advice?
