Happy decade anniversary!

Lastly, we'll put in a bit of rock sugar, salt, fish sauce, and hat nem seasoning to bring it all together! It'll be served with some meatballs I made, the brisket, and all the toppings. <3

I'm gonna char some onions, shallots, ginger & garlic alongside searing the brisket later in that beef tallow. Then I'll quickly toast the aromatics in that flavorful fat for a brief minute before straining and putting them in a cheesecloth.

All of that will go together with the beef base!

Ohhh, you gotta get the crepes at RTM, along with Dinics roast pork sandwich. The Amish donuts are hella great in the morning, and they also have an amazing pastrami sandwich at Hershels!
