here’s a picture of the grinder earlier today when i disassembled it to align the burrs

also sous vide chicken breast on soup is a game changer
A bowl with hakata straight ramen noodles and some soup. Yellowish noodle and dark yellow / bright brown soup. Topped with slices of chicken breast. Aggressive boiling of soup in stock pot, with a metal weight just barely visible at the top. A layer of yellowish fat forms at the top of liquid body.

ok that one can be left alone, time to find a new chart
A chart starts by hovering around 20% of its height. One spike in Jan 14 through went as high as 90%, followed by a drop in Jan 15 and stayed near 0 after the drop.
