really quite sad that this dev team is actively being stifled by Square Enix's horrendously parasitic funding management and general business practices
Regarding why there's no 'Normal' and 'Savage' version of the Forked Tower, Yoshida says it was due to cost. He notes that sort of thing doesn't matter to players, but that future instances of Occult Crescent will implement both difficulty versions.

Square Enix really doesnt give enough budget to the game thats fucking carrying them huh 🤨

Caught up with the Live Letter for 7.3, a lot of stuff seems very promising both in feedback and new content, there are others things they said that made me raise an eyebrow but we’ll see how it goes. Im glad about no new Ultimate because that means maybe the pf for older ones will finally pick up
