With my current baking kick decided to try something I'd always been scared off of, some room for growth on the shaping and think I could have proofed another ~10mins after final shaping, but delicious and not a bad start!

@threebeansaladpod.bsky.social At least here in the states the umbrella for hiking (mostly for sun protection rather than rain) is definitely a thing, though of course you couldn't just use the perfectly fine one you use in town you need to buy a special purpose-built, gram-optimized hiking model...
