If you read further (I think in the Guardian article), it's even better. Researchers declined to share poetry prompts that yield things like chemical weapons recipes because the poetry would VIOLATE THE GENEVA CONVENTION.

Except most people will pay the exactly the same amount as they do today with free transfers to/from subway. The only way it will be capitalist will be creating an underclass of people who overcrowd the free buses instead of taking much faster subways.

I take it as a given that, before November, there will be an extreme amount of outside dollars and manipulation to try to distort the electoral landscape we see today. So my main question is how much of this will New Yorkers be able to see through.
