Quite enjoying this so far because the author speaks not only of the E.F. but the lives of Great Lakes sailors in general in the era in which it's set. Discusses earlier disasters and the shipping industry both on the lakes and in the Port towns.

And so I bought a copy.

I helped a tiny bit when she was writing it. She came to our archives at #PortsToronto for information.
