Doing what we can, solar, battery, EV and ASHP, cycle mostly ! Insulated bits of a 1930’s solid wall bungalow and it’s lovely.💚
Wait till they find out he wants an insurance based NHS 🤷‍♂️

This is a planning report with the protected species not really considered, chop a bat roost tree down and move the skylarks to an area in the land owners estateon the other side of the M25, despite evidence suggesting no successful move of migratory birds has been completed 🤷‍♂️

A planning report explaining about protected species, they will cut down a bat roost tree & simply move the habitat to the land owners estate. I hope the skylarks get the notification as I am not sure there is a successful case of moving habitat, especially as it’s the other side of the M25.

With the current governments ‘grey belt’ test this agricultural field is now grey belt ? Two harvests this year. Not a building on the entire area 🤷‍♂️

The government lost the below giving ministers the power to overturn local planning decisions apparently last night

In a recent planning application this field, on its second harvest of the year, was reclassified to grey belt therefore it can have housing built on it 🤷‍♂️ There are no buildings, car parks etc but it does have roads around it !

We have recently taken one over and spent a lot of time and money getting it to where it is now actually producing food, it is a wonderful place full of wildlife. We own it are circulating a petition to oppose this if you are interested.
