The memory usage of programs then was measured in kilobytes and now, it's easy to find programs consuming gigabytes of memory. 32 GB is rapidly becoming the baseline.

Yes, there's lots of woo on the left, but the left doesn't promote that faction to lead them. At least, not by any significant degree
