I really like this interview with Phil Goff, I feel like most people I know will appreciate what sounds like what we used to call "common sense" and "honesty". Something that seems to be lacking elsewhere.

As a teenager I was a nurse aide in a resthome. One of my patients was a survivor of a concentration camp, she had the tattoo on her forearm.
The nightmares she had were blood chilling.

We need more kindness, we need more community, we need to stop 'othering' people.

I watched "White Bird" on Netflix last night. Highly recommend it.

I'm so happy I had these 2 little visitors yesterday. My friend fosters pups before they can be adopted out into their forever homes - and - she's persuaded me to do the same!
