Btw, general note, I like us this year. Not perfect, and that injury stretch was dreadful (coincided with when I saw them live twice), but Plum was either gonna go great or poorly, and we got the best result so far. I wish we had Paige. So badly. But I like whatever brand of crazy Plum’s on.

Could use reduced minutes while easing back into things on what might be a mid team...Stevens, if healthy (nice game), and Hamby, even with a step back, gives Brink a smooth way back in. Bad news about Burrell.

PPS: Sparks live or die by Plum/Hamby. Hamby had an efficient 2x2, and I think works better when not required to be *the* scorer; Plum is complementary, insofar as she enjoys being the scorer, and what didn't work in Vegas is only one player can shoot the ball. I've seen a bad Plum game though....

Final ADHD/insomnia thought, having the WNBA put up games an hour after conclusion, *while* giving the option to completely hide spoilers on the main website, is an easy but essential game-changer. I watched the early games when the Sparks were on, woke up at dumb:00, no spoilers or commercials.

I mean, laurels where due. I was immediately in favor of the trade once we lost the Paige sweepstakes (btw, she may have been 3/10, but I liked her court vision). Obviously Paige will be quality, but we got the best we could; that said, the Mystics' young roster was pretty good tonight....
