Ok today and tomorrow are pretty big anniversaries in my karate journey.
Today 5 years ago, I started at a Helper.
Today 2 years ago, I took my first weapons class (in person, anyway... COVID years don't count).
Tomorrow 6 years ago, I can'te to the dojo for the very first time.

The emotional and other effects before my epilepsy diagnosis for a year or more and the meds making them worse have thrown my life off track. I've lost plenty but worst of all, my friends' trust.
