I love this idea! Ensuring that your recommendations are evidence-based will enhance your credibility and it will motivate your patients to follow your recommendations. It will also make sure that your ideas are effective, healthy, and safe for the patient. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree with you! The information we read could be written and promoted by someone who lacks nutritional creditability. Therefore, we might be taking in and believing wrong information. This could then lead us to potentially making wrong/ineffective dietary choices! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I love how accessible and informative this article is for all parents! It’s especially helpful for parents who want their kids to eat healthy but may not know much about nutrition themselves or how to best help their children based on what their dietary needs may be. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree with you! Small changes and good habits can build-up over time, leading to a better outcome than dangerous, short-term/quick fixes. Tom’s story also highlights how consistency is key! So, if we want to see change, we have to be patient and work towards it. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

This is so important!! I’ve seen across various media that fat shaming has hindered mental health substantially, which can be detrimental to someone’s health overall. People need to be kinder and supportive of one another if they want to be helpful, not disrespectful. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I agree, this is such a struggle! It’s easy to grab unhealthy food to save time, especially since it’s easily accessible everywhere. However, I’m hoping to be more organized in the future and better plan my meals so that I can incorporate healthier foods into my diet. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I had no idea that Vitamin C also improves iron! I think it’s amazing to see how vitamins have more benefits than the ones we often hear about. I’ve often heard that Vitamin C is good for the immune system, but i didn’t know a certain vitamin intake can improve another! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

This article was so insightful! I had no idea that the new trend with food manufacturers was to increase protein. I wonder if the increased protein content in their food products are actually beneficial. Something to keep in mind when I’m grocery shopping next time! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social
