The U.S. has reduced its military presence in Greenland massivly over the years. If the strategic security of the Island is the real concern for the U.S. it could immediately return the troops there in coordination with Greenland and the Europeans. Obviously this argument is just a pretext to annex.

Wer sagt es ihm? Grönland ist NATO Territorium und im Falle eines Falles verteidigen wir es gemeinsam.
Was hat das mit amerikanischen Besitzwünschen zu tun? Ich hatte gehofft, dass der Imperialsimus im letzten Jahrhundert geblieben ist. (Russland mal ignoriert)
