GAH. It's frustrating enough when a public health prof says that any variable with a decimal point is a continuous variable. This is SO MUCH WORSE. 🤦♀️🙄😭 Even if this were measured weekly over a year and expressed as a percentage of the days on which the person exercised, it would still be discrete.

No dolphins, but truly the Fabio of unicorns. I mean, after the rainbow-colored mane--which may cover its entire body--this unicorn ALSO has lovely blonde hair cascading from it. I mean. Hubba hubba.

This, of course, means I had to go looking for rainbow dolphin unicorn images for my digital notebook! And I found several variations of this one, which seems problematic. I mean, I guess this is how you could get unidolphin/dolphincorn/whatevers, but it still seems disturbing.

Because I'm estranged from my father, I am incredibly thankful to still have a place in my children's lives. They both turned 30 this year, and they have grown into amazing adults. I'm proud of both of them--of who they are, not just their accomplishments--and I hope that their 2025 is wonderful.

I'm thankful for the work of Svara.org, and the welcome they extend to those who belong to marginalized communities. As a disabled person who was just starting to learn about Judaism, I was glad to find a community of others interested in coming to faith from outside the mainstream.

Thankful for air conditioning, fans, and ice packs, since I experience heat intolerance as a result of one of the disabling conditions I have. And prayers for all who are exposed to dangerous weather.
